At feltzone, we take pride in creating handmade felt ornaments with love and care. Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, we have a tailored refund and return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our artisans.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
✔️ Be unused and in its original condition
✔️ Be in its original packaging
Because our felt ornaments are handmade, slight variations in color, stitching, and design are natural and do not qualify as defects.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
❌ Custom or personalized orders (e.g., name-embroidered or made-to-order designs)
❌ Seasonal or holiday-specific items (unless defective)
❌ Gift cards
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
🚨 Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
